The core activity of dawson energy is the installation and maintenance of large scale wind turbines. We are proud to be one of the longest established wind turbine installation firms in the UK with over 10years of experience behind us.

We are heavily involved with both onshore and offshore projects offering tailor made services according to our clients requirements. We are one of the only companies that offer a 'fixed-price' per turbine installation cost for onshore installation.

Our key asset is our workforce and we invest continuosly in our employees to maintain the highest possible level of safety and competency. All technicians are fully trained and are equipped with the very best PPE.

Our typical installation activities include :

• Offloading turbine components
• Preparing foundation
• Preparing components
• Llifting/installation of all components
• Mechanical completion of turbine
• Cabling and electrical completion of turbine
• Handover inspection

Our installation teams are tailor made for each project. This can vary from supplying 1-2 technicians to assist our clients personnel up to supplying a full stand-alone installation team of 20+ personell including installation manager, lifting supervisor, mechanical and electrical technicians to complete full installation.

In addition to substantial health and safety traing, our technicians receive comprehensive training for the tasks their work requires. This involves rigging, lifting, bolt torqing/stretching, electrical and mechanical fitting.
