Operations & Maintenance

As well as having a proven track record in turbine installation, we have also built up extensive experience of providing O&M support.

We recognise the needs of our customers to have experienced technicians who can work safely, efficiently, and minimise the down time of their turbines.

To date this has included :

• Supply of authorised technicians
• 24 hour call out service
• Fault finding, diagnosis, and repair
• Annual servicing
• Major component change e.g. gearbox, generator
• Blade inspection
• Gearbox oil flushing
• Other planned maintenance
   

In addition to providing our own core service, we are also able to provide and co-ordinate other services including craneage, blade access equipment, specialist tool hire etc.
 

All technicians involved with O&M operations are health & safety  trained to the same high standards as our installation teams and have all necessary technical training, with the addition of ‘Authorised technician’ status applying to key personnel.
 

All O&M technicians are equipped with full PPE and 4x4 site vehicles. Our technicians are based at a number of locations throughout the UK, enabling us to provide widespread cover. We always endeavour to utilise local technicians to minimise travel and accommodation costs.
